Hotel Alda Carril - Vilagarcia de Arousa

The hotel was really close to southern Spain, the shopping district and a local factory thanks to its amazing and beautiful location. The breakfast offered a wide range of delicious meals.

The hotel offers wheelchair accessible rooms with stunning views and excellent air conditioning. It also provides convenient amenities like a hair dryer and a bidet. the location is absolutely beautiful, right on the sea front, making everyone feel welcome here.

Gorgeous small hotel with reasonably large rooms. Attentive and helpful staff with knowledge of the place. Location: stunning, near the centre of town as well as bars. Also, easy to get to an almost tidal island...

Wonderful small accommodation with wonderful setting short walk to the beach of Carril. Amazingly attentive and helpful staff and attention to detail. An electronic key card, a flat-screen TV, and a writing table available in the superior room.

Beds were a little hard.

Conveniently located right by Carril and the promenade, with a beautiful view of the sea 🌊. the rooms boast comfy beds, a safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a handy work desk.

The staff were very helpful and very plesant. The hotel was clean and tidy. For breakfast there was a variety to choose from and the resturant provided some lovely food (although a little on the expensive side). The location was just out side the main town centre and a 5 minute taxi ride away (7 Euros). Would recommend for a weekend break.

We have spent the last 6 years visiting every country in Europe 3star 4star &5star hotels being our homes, I would also like to add our travels also included all of Canada, Newfoundland to Vancouver then all states in USA it may sound Like platitudes but the Hotel Carrill colects the best, both for dining & all other aspects of the hotel industries, Congratulations Hotel Carrill

Nothing absolutely 5 star

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's beautiful decoration and general areas. The elegant decor and cozy atmosphere made me feel right at home. Everything was easily accessible for senior people like me, with ramps and elevators conveniently placed throughout the hotel. It was a joy to navigate the common areas and enjoy the breathtaking views of the Ria de Arousa.

My only suggestion for a better vacation for senior people would be for the staff to be more attentive to our needs. Sometimes, the children working there seemed a bit overwhelmed and could have been more helpful in assisting us.

The sitting room at Hotel Carril is the perfect spot to relax and unwind, away from the hustle and bustle. It's so peaceful and quiet, making it ideal for some alone time. I loved curling up with a book there!

Personally, I didn't enjoy the presence of a bathtub in the bathroom. I would have preferred a shower instead.

The beds were hard, and seemed cheaply made. The 85 euro/night rate seemed too much for the room and services (but maybe the beachfront location explains it).
